After being a patient here for 20 plus years…. I called to schedule an appointment for a small infection that I had in my leg only to be told that I was put on the inactive list without any communication or correspondence. Being a healthy individual, I rarely need to be seen by the doctor… But I do understand it’s important to get yearly physicals.
