John and Nick were awesome throughout our kitchen remodel. They are professional and punctual and show up when they say they will be there. They perform quality work at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond to make our remodel experience as seamless as possible and installed temporary counter space for us and hooked our old sink and dishwasher up so we could still function with our family life. We called several contractors looking for someone to do a complete kitchen remodel. John was so responsive, had great ideas and provided everything he promised. I LOVE my new kitchen and would give John and his company the highest praise. They arrived as promised, were professional, stuck to their timelines, and were extremely conscientious. This is our second time in as many years using Hallowed Ground. John and Nick are awesome to work with. They worked with us and our ideas and gave suggestions as to how we could use our space. Always right on time and communication back and forth was great. I have recommended them to numerous friends and family.

We asked Hallowed Ground to inspect a window and offer a quote. After the agreed inspection date, Hallowed Ground did not follow up with an update. We called numerous times to seek information but no one returned our calls. Hallowed Ground came recommended by others but has disappointed. We were very eager to work with them. Businesses should follow up with clients. Even if the repair cannot be performed, following up to update clients is a minimum professional courtesy.
