It is my disappointing responsibility to write this evaluation. We have been Halloran and Yauch customers for decades and until last year without any problem. We would have been happy to give a five star review. But last year and this year the legally required Backflow Report was not submitted in a timely matter. Last year we were informed by the Village that the report was late and this year, worrying about the problem, we kept pressing H&Y to submit.
