It is my disappointing responsibility to write this evaluation. We have been Halloran and Yauch customers for decades and until last year without any problem. We would have been happy to give a five star review. But last year and this year the legally required Backflow Report was not submitted in a timely matter. Last year we were informed by the Village that the report was late and this year, worrying about the problem, we kept pressing H&Y to submit. Did not have a good experience with this company, not very customer friendly. Will not use them again.
We’ve had an excellent experience with Halloran & Yauch. They advised us on exactly what we needed, provided a very reasonable estimate, and installed a sprinkler system that works perfectly. It’s been a true pleasure working with Aidan, Mark, and the rest of the Halloran team. Outstanding service!
