Ricky & Ronnie arrived promptly to install my new bathroom vanity quartz countertop this morning. They were extremely efficient and pleasant, going out of their way to make things work in my 99 year old house. Highly recommend them and the rest of the folks at Hallmark.
I ordered quartz countertops through Lowes in June. Unfortunately I wasn't there for the entire install due to an outpatient surgery. My 32 year old daughter was. When I got home I found they had damaged the corner of my cherry wood custom island on the corner along with p;utting in a totally different color and pattern of quartz, scratched my brand new fridge and left a shim sticking out from the side of the cabinet and stove. We are having our kitchen remodeled and ordered and payed for everything through Lowes in FEBRUARY. The order was put through to Hallmark Stone almost immediately as they kept calling us to have it measured. It is now June, we had the counters measured over 2 weeks ago. After all this time, and already paying for it, they tell us today that the countertop we ordered has been discontinued. Beware - if you have any delays with your installation, this company does not order your stone or check to make sure it is still available... read more

We had quartz countertops installed in our kitchen, an expensive product. The workmanship on the quartz was excellent, nicely rounded edges and corners, etc. However, the SINK installation that was part of their project was cheap and inadequate. Last weekend my sink, without sagging or other warning signs, fell off the countertop into the cabinet beneath. Coming to find out, Hallmark's standard procedure is to use nothing but cheap scrap wood blocks and Bondo to secure the sinks (regardless of size and depth) to the quar... read more
