Have done business with Hallmark for over 20 years, you could not ask for a better company, they go above and beyond in providing great customer service, if your thinking of a new pool, above or inground or spa, this is who you want to deal with.
Excellent customer service, store is huge and has literally everything you would possibly need for our pool or spa. They even have some very nice pool tables, definitely worth the trip!
Hands Down The Best Spa & Pool Dealer I have been to alot of different spa and pool dealers wherever I was stationed in the military. This store is immaculate, from the entrance to the retail floor. The game room where the pool tables and such are located is beautiful. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is impecable. If you are looking for anything related to spas or pools, this is the only store you need to go to.
Bad Customer Service Don't order your liner from this store. It took them three weeks to come and measure our pool. After they got the measurement, we ordered the liner on June 1, 2007 - they said 10 days - we waited out the 10 days but never got a phone call. Finally, I called and was told that the liner has been in for 3 days!! No one notified me. I was promised that it will be installed as soon as possible. great game room decor Hallmark Spa and Pools has a wide variety of pool tables and game tables. There are wall signs, bar stools, pool sticks and balls all available to purchase. I bought 6 bar stools and got a discount. They have lots of pictures and decorations for a family game room. The employees were very friendly and the store is clean. They are located off of Bragg Blvd. on a side street and can be confusing to find.
