stayed for a 2 night stay and really enjoyed it! The staff are incredible, very helpful, location is great, south end of town, Haystack rock right out the back door. We had a 3rd story ocean facing room with a spectacular view! Room was very nicely appointed, clean and fairly updated. My one knock on it was the 2 person jacuzzi tub, what I initally thought was sand left near the drain was actually a bad patch job on the acrylic, and the jets on one side of the tub only circulated at about 20% compared to the other side. My son booked two suite style oceanview rooms for us this October, and himself as a gift vacation as are elderly and poor health. Possibly our last vacation. We were to have one of their special suite rooms with a gorgeous view of the beach and haystack rock. When checking in to our rooms, my son was told both our rooms were changed due to "maintenence" and not avaiable and we were given two rooms BEHIND the main newest building with a limited view in an older mid century run down building. The room was cozy with an amazing view. Pet friendly and they give you a goodie bag with stuff for your pets. The staff is nice and accommodating. Definitely one of the cutest hotels I've stayed at.
