Terrible experience. I rented a property through Airbnb managed by this company and discovered mould throughout the property. I was waking up coughing every morning and had to provide video evidence to Airbnb because the staff continually denied there was any mould present. Trying to discuss the issue and request a partial refund was extremely difficult. The staff were dismissive, rude, and unprofessional, and communication felt unnecessarily aggressive and combative. Aggressive Parking Security: Many visitors have complained about "predatory" behavior after 10 PM, where security allegedly demands exorbitant $80 exit fees (often cash-only) once the automated gates lock, despite the nearby night markets still being active.

Wonderful service, friendly, impeccable local knowledge, open and honest. Hallmark and Heidi was the best agents we experienced by far across a range of different realestate agencies. Isabella has also been wonderful, attentive, helpful and very personable. I would highly recommend the team.

Have been using rentals for Easter and at times January for over ten years! I’ve been coming to Tuross since I was 7 and turn 40 this year. They are always so helpful and always have a variety of rentals to choose from. The homes are always clean and accessible for our family.

We had a wonderful experience with Marlise from Hallmark in selling our property in Tuross Head. She was an excellent communicator and professional to deal with, we found she really had our best interests at heart. We hope to use the Hallmark team again!
