I really appreciate the response I was given by everyone who played a part in getting me into your office early this morning. One of my crowns detached during dinner last Friday. I called and left a message, got a quick reply, with helpful suggestions on how to take care of my tooth until I could get an appointment. Monday morning I received another message, letting me know I would be hearing from someone about the soonest appointment available. How many people can actually say going to a dentist is a pleasure? Well a visit to see Dr. Scott Shepherd is exactly that. Aided by modern diagnostic tools, Shepherd and his staff make patients feel at ease and comfortable. Shepherd's chair-side manner is one of if not the best I have experienced in many decades of receiving dental treatment. If anyone is looking to change dentists or is new to the Palm Springs area and requires dental service....I highly recommend Dr. Shepherd at Palm Springs Family and Cosmetic Dentistry.

Was thinking after my appointment with Dr. Tom this morning how lucky I am to be under his care! I could have chosen any number of doctors when I moved to Palm Springs. I feel so fortunate that I found the right dentist. The office staff also make each visit a very positive experience!
