I was worried after reading current reviews, BUT I had an appointment for my 7500 mile checkup. I got there 5 min early. Registered, received my service (everything changed, tested and completed) and drove away 1 hr 25 min later. Very Happy With Hallmark's Service!
So glad I made an appointment weeks in advance, for it to be completely ignored. Been sitting here 2 hours, basic maint, my car hasn't even left the intake bay yet.
This has been the worst experience. They kept my Santa Fe for a week to fix the recalls and to check out a problem I've had for three years. I get my truck back and nothing is fixed! My backup camera goes in and out, my truck loses power while driving, and for whatever reason, now my vehicle is extremely loud, especially when I turn the air-conditioner on..we were told they may not have put it back together correctly, or a leaf may have gotten in there. Terrible. Waited 4 hours to be told the 2019 had a couple of oil leaks. $3,000! It’s a common problem on these cars. Stay away! They also emptied the glove box and left the contents on the floor. Will not ever be back
