Neutral on friendly not everyone there was on board to help or be kind. Another customer that was there when I was there asked them to change tv. No respond then they tells us gm has remote locked in office. I think 🤔 they were lying but that what I get for goin there. No machines for snacks or soft drinks 🤔 only water. Excuse I think 🤔 was the word for that. I believe customers should be treated alot better when your spending your money 💰 with business. I believe the saying is your customers makes tour pay checks
I just got my oil change and tire rotation a few days ago and the experience was nice. No snacks like it used to be but I enjoyed the atmosphere and nice courteous customer service.
