I would like to express our dissatisfaction with a specific salesman Mr. Leroy. Unable to communicate like man as he attempts to speak down and insult you over the phone knowing you’re unable to go to the dealership and won’t have to speak to you face to face. Getting upset because I compared vehicle prices to other dealerships with the same vehicles with lower mileage at lower prices and would rather suggest to shop elsewhere than to make a deal happen. 25 March 2025: Absolutely terrible. They've had the vehicle for weeks due to a recall issue. Have since provided an update once, refused to provide a loaner vehicle, and will not answer their phone and absolutely will not return a call. I guess they think people don't have jobs or have other vehicles laying around? Oh and they do their best to characterize the issue as unrelated to a recall to avoid covering costs. This dealership is trying to scam me and not cover a defect that should be covered UNDER WARRANT!! I have been unfortunate to be a part of the IMPLODING MOONROOF club of Hyundai vehicle...upon a 3 HOUR inspectio, Hyundai states "a rock hit your glass, file it with insurance". HOW CONVENIENT FOR THEM!! However, i would think if something hit it, the "chip" would be on the outside of the glass...not the inside. Basically what the last review says from Riley. After purchasing 2 new cars my husband and I have only been lied to multiple times with unfilled promises. I have had my car over 6 months without the tool to take the lugs off of my rim when it should have came with the car. Sad pathetic place of a dealership
