Great customer service by Jordan, I would highly recommend him.
After finish building, they gave me 6 months of contacting them ( builder)when I see or notice something wrong on the house which needs to be done ( fix ) but i tried contacting them several times but none of them cared till 6 months period was over. Mr. Ron is one of the best consultant and a helpful man but the rest of the team don't care as long as construction is over. I was and still disappointed with Hallmark homes really.
