We felt confident in buying a new home and I purposely went new to avoid the surprises of a older home. I was wrong, I'm pretty frustrated with the builder. He refuses to do the warranty work , it's. Looking like the warranty work is going to come out of my pocket. It's sad to fall in love with a house and start to hate it due to a non confirming builder. I won't bother listing the problems.. I love my hallmark home
Purchased a house 2,5 years ago and I can already notice little cracks on the walls (mb that’s painters issue) but I can tell you Hallmark Homes provide cheapest stuff for insane price!!! My friends purchased bigger house from another company and I was amazed with the quality and design of everything in there because the price wasn’t much higher (house is in same city). If we ever purchase another home I will definitely look for another companies.
