We have tried to love Hallmark Homes, but their quality service falls through the cracks once you close. They do not stand by the quality of their products or warranties once the check clears. We noted many things in our final walkthrough, including majorly scratched quartz countertops, 9-10 separate window scratches, custom painted doors chipped and scratched, etc. (these are just the major items). We felt confident in buying a new home and I purposely went new to avoid the surprises of a older home. I was wrong, I'm pretty frustrated with the builder. He refuses to do the warranty work , it's. Looking like the warranty work is going to come out of my pocket. It's sad to fall in love with a house and start to hate it due to a non confirming builder. I won't bother listing the problems.. I love my hallmark home
Purchased a house 2,5 years ago and I can already notice little cracks on the walls (mb that’s painters issue) but I can tell you Hallmark Homes provide cheapest stuff for insane price!!! My friends purchased bigger house from another company and I was amazed with the quality and design of everything in there because the price wasn’t much higher (house is in same city). If we ever purchase another home I will definitely look for another companies.
