My wife and I moved into our new home by Hallmark Homes nine months ago. Unfortunately, we have come to deeply regret working with them for the following reasons: -Even though the closing paperwork with Hallmark Homes indicated that a waterproof seal we paid $1160 extra for was put around the exterior of our basement, we soon discovered this was never done.
