From the start, they put in smaller door casings, when we paid to upgrade, then there was a lot of paint touch ups that they just slapped with a brush and you could see all the marks on the walls and patches that weren’t done right. When they sent the guy in charge to come to my house he was mad because we pointed them out and even wanted to fight me. It was a great experience! From the very start they were attentive and very quick to answer questions. Our home looks great and we are very happy. Sue and Jacob were great to work with!
The team who assisted with the purchase and building of the home was pretty good. The house itself is good. Just have a hard time understanding why a new build of a house that will be approx 3500 square feet has only a 100A service..... it's pretty ridiculous that in this modern world where people have EV chargers, theater rooms, hot tubs, etc..... that putting in a 100A is acceptable. The look of the house is great, but they cut corners, like their extremely cheap electrical, their extremely cheap hardware, their every excu... read more
