Worst home builder I have ever encountered after owning and renting in multiple states. Poor workmanship in a new home in Highland Park, NJ that I bought in 2021. Sloppy, rushed work on all interior finishes. Representative of the builder was rude, uncommunicative, and unprofessional during home buying process. After closing, the handyman assigned to complete cosmetic repairs from the walkthrough checklist was inconsistently available. Builder stop maintaining the grounds at Stratford at Monroe- made multiple attempts to the builder to get this addressed, they continue to defer it to the township and refuses to work with the town to ensure entrance to the development look presentable
