Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this developer. We had a great experience buying our home at The Grove development. While there were some weather and supply chain related delays, which are understandable in today's market, the team was always transparent and very apologetic about them. After closing, they gave us 30 days to put together an initial punch list, and as soon as we submitted it, they started addressing the items immediately. This builder has not made proper!arrangement for washing and dryer.
Not a great builder, should look out for better rated builders, pricing is too high compared to other constructions near by, Better avoid this overpriced builder!
