This was the worst loan experience and I am not sure why this company has so many good reviews. The underwriting is terrible and they lied the whole time about how approved the people were who bought my house. At the very last minute literally an hour before the borrowers couldn’t qualify. Giuseppe and his team (Ryan and Kayla) are the best. He was available for us at all hours even with us living in a different time zone. We have bought other homes, but we were the best educated in purchasing this home with Giuseppe‘s help. We moved cross country in a pandemic leading to some unnecessary stress.
