I called the garage to resolve an issue with warning lights after replacing the rear lights hot Union Jack ones on my Mini. I spoke with Trudy who was really helpful and booked me in. When I arrived it was discovered that programming was also needed. They said they’d look into the issue and see if they could resolve which they did. They kept me in the loop and called me back to book me in for the following day when they resolved the issue. Both Trudi and Andy were really helpful. Plus I got a courtesy car too !!
