Got me in the day after i called. Lisa was amazing. She took her time, even though it was after 5. She did an amazing job describing what was going on and what i need to do for future appointments. Lisa is a rock star!!!!

I chose Hallmark Dental because they were in-network, and while the hygienists and techs were very nice and professional, I had a terrible experience with the dentist. I went in for three fillings. The dentist seemed inattentive and the procedure was incredibly painful. When I finally spoke up about the pain, he brushed it off, saying he was already done grinding. The first thing that was really off was being asked to leave a 5 star review when I first came in (before even getting any work done). A staff member took my phone, had me post the review, and told me I'd get a Swig coupon for leaving a 5 star review. I never got the coupon, and looking back it really makes me wonder why they need to bribe the patients into giving them a good rating. Thats not even the worst part. I love going to this place ive been tons of times but today really set me over the edge. I made my husband an appointment, I called myself put in his information my phone number and my insurance. For some reason when i called back to make sure we showed up on time to the appointment the lady at the front desk wouldn't tell me the time we were supposed to be there.
