Too many false alarms. This week almost 3 . Very rude management.. Over several years had many issues with them almost about everything. Leaky floors, constant noise , broken things . The building needs a real update. Front desk are workers who aren't very educated and most have comprehension problems. Don't forget the mean neighbors do not check on you but complain almost about everything and anything. not worth it for the prize!!!
I live here 3 years already , this building hired new management who didn’t want to provide me my own key since I lost it ! I was told by a very rude person who just got hired at the front desk that I need to call Locksmith and that security doesn’t have the key to help me open the door ! What a circus! Never move to this building.
