My family has been coming to this dry cleaners and laundromat for years. I have always thought the staff to be very nice and friendly. The laundromat is always clean!

Male worker makes me afraid to go there now. When I was the this past Sunday, he swore and yelled at at least 2 very calm customers while I was there. The first one was a lady that asked if she had enough time to do her laundry. He proceeded to yell at her and tell her she didn't have enough time and to not even try to put her laundry in. The other time was at a man who was getting change out. Terrible place to go to. The older man that works there has terrible anger issues. He was swearing and yelling at another person while I was there simply because they were getting change out of the machine. He made such a huge scene. This is very embarrassing for the whole establishment and made me not feel comfortable enough to go there ever again. After today, my friends and I will never do our laundry there again.

I took 2 cashmere sweaters that had been worn only once in for cleaning. When I got them back they were puffy & smaller with pilling. I left them with the gal @ the counter who told me she would talk to the owner because this should not have happened. She said she would call me, or the owner would after she looked @ them. I did not hear from them, so after a few days I went back in & was told that the owner said it was the quality of the material, to take it back to the store.
