I had a very disappointing experience at Hallmark Cleaners. I brought in a jacket to have the sleeves shortened, and when I picked it up, the sleeves were cut so short that they didn’t even reach my wrists. When I asked the lady who took the measurements how this happened, instead of helping, she started yelling at me and accused me of asking for it that way.
