Like so many others close by. Their shirt service is low quality. I mentioned problems with shirts on more than one occasion. Never one apology and actually rude. I’m finally done after having an expensive shirt lost without an apology or offering some remedy. I’ll drive further for better quality and customer service.
This place is a mile from my house on my way out to work. I read the reviews that talk about things not being clean, figured I would give it a chance anyway out of pure convenience. I tried to show the lady checking in the clothes the dirty areas and what needed to be cleaned. She couldn't be more disinterested. Of course I get the shirts back and the spots are still there.
