This place is a joke! The mechanics tried telling me that I needed a "special" oil filter for my car in order to get the oil change done. The first time several years ago they did the same thing but the oil change was already in progress and I couldn't do anything about it. I thought that maybe things were better this time around but nope, I was informed before the oil change, thank goodness about this "special" filter that would cost extra.
