Update: Hallmark did reach out and fix the issues listed on our warranty claims. Overall, the company did a great job on the house itself, just not so much on landscaping, maybe due to our 3rd party project managers and miscommunication between the two. The son, Trey, has been excellent to work with in rectifying the issues with persistent and kind follow-ups. Original: It's been 2years since we've owned the house.
