I can’t say enough good things about my experience w Olivia Galarde and her team with Hallmark Building. They were quick to respond and thorough on all repairs. This was an exceptionally, smooth transaction for my buyers and my experience as their agent.
Update: Hallmark did reach out and fix the issues listed on our warranty claims. Overall, the company did a great job on the house itself, just not so much on landscaping, maybe due to our 3rd party project managers and miscommunication between the two.
