I brought my suv in due to a rear ended and a key mark, I received my vehicle back 9 days ahead of schedule(great). I noticed that windshield was cracked right away after receiving my vehicle, its been a week since, I have yet to hear back about my windshield, I've called 3 times and told each time I'll get a call back, I'm very disappointed in how this is being handled by the owner.
Feels Like a Ponzi Scheme Between the Shop and the Insurance Company I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. It took them 4 months just to get my car in, and once they finally did, it took over 3 weeks to complete what should have been a simple job. The quality of the work was mediocre at best. The biggest issue: they quoted me for new OEM parts but installed aftermarket instead—without telling me.
