I’ve requested to speak to Head of Business twice, it hasn’t happened. My car was in with them for a problem that occurs mainly during poor weather, the vehicle spent 1 night out of the 2 weeks it was with them outside and the rest indoors and it was concluded as fine. Incorrect information was provided to BMW/MINI on the vehicle. Car was returned uncleaned and documents were signed for by the dealership posing as myself when it was just a scribble by them.
