Picked up my new mini JCW yesterday. Tom and the team made it a very good experience throughout and I would not fault anything! Thank you again Tom helping me and getting me into a car I love, I would highly recommend.
I’ve requested to speak to Head of Business twice, it hasn’t happened. My car was in with them for a problem that occurs mainly during poor weather, the vehicle spent 1 night out of the 2 weeks it was with them outside and the rest indoors and it was concluded as fine. Incorrect information was provided to BMW/MINI on the vehicle. Car was returned uncleaned and documents were signed for by the dealership posing as myself when it was just a scribble by them. Awful experience with Halliwell Jones MINI Warrington. Was coming over from NI to pick up vehicle. Firstly, had requested video and had numerous calls with dealership in advance of arrival. In all this communication they failed to tell me that the cars window was chipped/damaged yet they were fully aware of this. Secondly, they an old address for me on the their system which during the sales process they'd failed to check with me so when I arrive it turns out they're registering the car to that address.
