BUYER BEWARE!!!! Transitioned to a gas fireplace installed by Halligan's in Dec. 2019. No problems! Had the fireplace serviced by Halligan's in Aug 2020 & no problems assessed (we were charged $150 for the routine service of no problems). Started to use the LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD FIREPLACE in Nov 200 & it would "shut off" after ~ 2 hours. Called Halligan's & they told us it was getting "too hot" in the fireplace and to move the starter box outside the fireplace.
