BUYER BEWARE!!!! Transitioned to a gas fireplace installed by Halligan's in Dec. 2019. No problems! Had the fireplace serviced by Halligan's in Aug 2020 & no problems assessed (we were charged $150 for the routine service of no problems). Started to use the LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD FIREPLACE in Nov 200 & it would "shut off" after ~ 2 hours. Called Halligan's & they told us it was getting "too hot" in the fireplace and to move the starter box outside the fireplace. Sean and the installers were incredible to work with from beginning to end. They were patient, supportive, and extremely competent. I have an older home with low ceilings but Sean was still able to find a mantle that worked for my room. The guys who installed my fireplace were really terrific to work with. I am hoping, if it ever gets slightly cool outside, to enjoy my new fireplace soon.
Excellent selection of fireplaces, hearths and high quality grills. They have the green egg grills as well. They also help with creating a design.
I love this place. Friendly, knowledgeable staff were able to advise the best fireplace for my home and gave me loads of pics to take home. They have a huge range and great ideas so I was able to choose the best combination on the market. My home's now super-cosy, smart and finally looks finished. Gas efficiency seems to be great, my heating bills have gone down and they even arranged ahead for servicing. Fab.
