This is the worst place I have dealt with in my 30 years of driving. I made an appointment and dropped my truck off on that day. The communication from them was horrendous as I had to call to check on progress. When I called, they would tell me it's not going to be done that day, I called the next day....same story. They had my truck for 2 weeks before I got it back. I had them do brakes, change my spark plugs and wires. When I got it back, I got multiple misfire codes on my truck due to the plugs and wires. Wendy was absolutely unable to work with me. My vehicle was damaged by their repairs and because I took it to a different shop I voided a warranty (which I didn't even know about, it was never mentioned to me or on any of my invoices). Wendy was frustrated with me why I didn't call them first and talk to them, she said they would have towed the vehicle. Had a stripped screw on the lift gate of my GMC Yukon that I needed removed. Mechanic came out of the back and fixed it right away and charged me a reasonable price. Great place....
