(If I could give 6 stars I would) We have been so incredibly impressed with the way Jason and Mick looked after us! What a great business to deal with! They came out immediately when we called, and promptly fixed our heater for a very reasonable price (whereas every other place we rang in Shepp said they couldn't come out for days or weeks—and that they would replace the whole unit because it is old). % I would recommend, had issue with CELAIR evaporative cooling, approached 2 repairers in Shepp, they gave me quote of $ 1150 to change controller on roof , the staff at hallidays both Jason and Michale were really nice with their friendly approach and when they check my unit , they fix in 20 mins and best part is that they charge me $150 only even though they knew I got quote of $1000 plus to fix my unit Thanks Jason and Michael
Great customer service by Jason and Danny. When Jason couldn't attend as arranged for same day as my initial contact he phoned to apologise and arranged for next day service. Danny arrived as expected and fixed the problem with our air-conditioning after crawling around the roof cavity in 40deg heat. He also followed up with further information the next day. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for friendly and efficient service; can thoroughly recommend Hallidays Kialla.
