We took our car here to get a second opinion and a new estimate for repairs after going to a few different dealerships. They offered a good price, but more importantly, fixed all our issues in our car, and got us back on the road safely and quickly. As someone who has dealt with many questionable mechanics in the past, Halley's Auto Service is among the top tier as far as I am concerned. Their diagnoses are comprehensive and the repair work done on my car has always excelled beyond my expectations. Went to Halley’s service centre today. Was very impressed with customer service and the promptness of the service. Very knowledgeable and have been in business for a long time. Will definitely return when I need something else done on my vehicle. I recommend them.
They don’t care about warranty’s … I brought my car into get fixed turned out lower subframe bolt broke they welded in a new one on Sept 8th fast forward to Oct 22nd same problem the welding broke within the 90 day warranty so I brought car In turns out I needed a new sub frame now so I tried to reason with them to at least get the $408 refunded for the shotty welding job but nope so I had to pay $1650 total $2058
