Chimney cleaner already rescheduled twice and while waiting today for them to arrive; I called and was told they aren't coming. They did not bother to let us know. This is for elderly relatives, and we have to travel 100 miles to be here for the service. To have them reschedule after we traveled here is unacceptable and for them not to let us know they aren't coming is inexcusable. I would not recommend them. They do not seem to be organized and don't seem to understand the challenge they placed on us.
