Michael is a highly competent mortgage broker and I am beyond satisfied with his services. Told me I couldn’t port my mortgage and got me a mortgage at a different bank for more than double my current rate. Checked with the bank myself just before my sale went through and found out I could in fact port my existing mortgage at a much lower rate, which saved thousands. Also had a condescending attitude. Sometimes it pays to do things yourself and not trust so-called advisors.
