Staff were incredibly rude when I called to book my son in for a vaccination, because he'd not been there before, very rude and unprofessional.
Even one star feels generous for the receptionist. She was unhelpful, condescending, and seemed to talk as though she was in charge of the universe. No smile, no warmth, and she spoke so quickly that it was hard to understand her. Very disappointing experience.
Dr JT is now the heart and soul of this practice , supported by the lovely long term reception/admin ladies from the wonderfulDr Paul days - grateful for JT and the wonderful ladies . Dr Paul to far to follow lol, Gerry on leave , thankyou JT for your care and support .
Absolutely disgusted with a 2.5 hr wait for a flippin blood test this morning. No sign up saying how long we would have to wait. Nurse came out and apologised twice in that time, receptionists say nothing either. Very unhappy and a complaint to SA Pathology will be coming.! 😡
