Wonderful, positive experience all round. My 5 yr old was very comfortable with Dr Alec, he was calm, patient and kind and the receptionist was lovely.

Dr Ugwu is an amazing doctor. I’ve never been to this clinic and I felt so confident after my consultation. He gave me all the right information and details of next steps if needed. Very professional and thorough and look forward to making this my primary care
Exceptional doctors BUT... expect to wait 40-60mins, no consideration or heads up. Had to leave because I waited so long last night and doctor still hadn't even arrived, rebooked 1st thing this morning making sure I was his first patient so no wait time. 9am appointment no one here, waited 15mins, rang reception over and over nothing!!! Left because I have other commitments AGAIN!!!
