Beautiful park yet in the summer time this park and surrounding area are filled with mosquitos. People from the NYCHA apartments are always filling the park with smoke, loud music, loud, and drinking liquor. I avoid this park with my kids because it feels very unsafe. They need park rangers to limit the smoking etc in kid areas. Also a lot of strange people in the area (predators) that sit and stare at the children. Avoid!!!!!!
