By far the worst company I have ever come across. Does not return calls, completely incompetent. We have been trying to get our taxes fixed that they did in 2015 since November. They still are not fixed. It is going to cost us a lot of money for my wife’s college tuition now because this company could not fix a pretty simple mistake. They will be hearing from our attorney.

Waiting weeks for a callback because we are being audited. Need a simple W2-S filled out from a past tax. Tried calling every few days. Sending messages thru FB. They won't even respond back. Good service when used but zero follow thru or support of their own product so beware and look elsewhere for quality.
It's nearly impossible to get a call back. They are never in their office, even though they have posted hours on their window. They mess up taxes and will not return phone calls to fix them. I would not recommend going here to get your taxes done.
Bonnie has done my taxes for years. She expertly answers any questions I have. She continually updates her education for all tax questions/situations. I highly recommend Haller Tax Service!
