Will be sure to report to the BBB and hope others will too. Messed up taxes, doesn't give paperwork back. Doesn't return phone calls. Please be aware before contacting this office!!! Didn't hear back from her, but DID hear from the IRS!!

Bonnie worked with me on my personal and business taxes. I was able to get in quickly for an initial consultation and for my actual appointment. She advised me on exactly what I needed and gave me advice for the coming year. I usually drag my feet on getting my taxes done, but with Bonnie's help I got them done right away!
It's nearly impossible to get a call back. They are never in their office, even though they have posted hours on their window. They mess up taxes and will not return phone calls to fix them. I would not recommend going here to get your taxes done.
They fixed my 2016 taxes and saved me a ton of money.
