This is the only pharmacy I have ever visited that was actually helpful with a prescription issue instead of telling me to call my doctor. It was nice to have people actually care if I got my medication.
Alex took my call regarding getting some shoes insured by my employer, and he was very patient, helpful, and thorough in his explanations on how the process was going to look in terms of ordering and getting fitted for the shoe. I was definitely asking a lot over the phone, and it was a 15 minute call almost, so even without stepping foot into the pharmacy, I can already give five stars to the customer service. Shout out, Alex!
Prescriptions are always ready the same day. Staff are friendly and always answer the phone quickly. A breath of fresh air coming from having to deal with the Walgreens on Mowry.
Make sure you go to the correct Hallers, there is 2 of them and they are across the parking lot from each other with different times and services. I give them 5 stars because they gave my puppy dog some water.
Amazing small, local pharmacy with incredible service!! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend supporting them for all your product needs, pharmaceuticals, and vaccinations.
