I was having issues with my insurance and not from the area. Daniel and Maya (I believe these were their names, please forgive me if I am wrong!) were extremely patient and kind and took time to help me figure out my insurance issues! I wish I was in network with this pharmacy as they were super sweet and helpful! ~
Super Helpful Guys
This is the only pharmacy I have ever visited that was actually helpful with a prescription issue instead of telling me to call my doctor. It was nice to have people actually care if I got my medication.
Alex took my call regarding getting some shoes insured by my employer, and he was very patient, helpful, and thorough in his explanations on how the process was going to look in terms of ordering and getting fitted for the shoe. I was definitely asking a lot over the phone, and it was a 15 minute call almost, so even without stepping foot into the pharmacy, I can already give five stars to the customer service. Shout out, Alex!
