Worst shopping experience of one's life due to unprofessional sales associate and wrongfully packaged medical compression socks! I bought a 20 mm Hg compression socks up to waist, the sales' associate didn't check to see if the package matches the socks description. I thought I am getting the right product. Worst staff ever, I had called ahead and reserved an equipment and had gone to the pharmacy instead of the medical supply store. By the time i reached, they wouldn’t let me in yelling that they were closed. It was a minute beyond their closing time.
Had never been here before and needed compression socks since the pair I bought at Amazon were WAY too tight. Met with Kat the “fitter”’ and she was Amazing! Spent quality time measuring both legs, explaining best methods in wearing compression stockings and maintenance. As a result, my stockings feel really comfortable and even though more expensive than Amazon..you get what you pay for. Kat was friendly and professional.
