My mistake for believing a verbal quote for a part would be submitted On my bill was over $200 more. Three months past and a postal strike, the envelope was placed at my residence mailbox without my notice and is never used as we have a post office box a week before Christmas bidding they were in transition. Also adding a $50 what I’m going to call a goodness Tax. Which was later removed. caution would seem to be required.
I cannot believe the unprofessional and disregard for not returning calls and the nerve to say that they are too busy for my business and even a quote. I could not believe the conversation I just had with now two of the receptionist I would never handle a customer in this matter everrrrrr. Avoid this company, too busy and useless to waste your time, money and energy on.
Receptionist really rude and tries to hang up phone quick while your talking and gives quick short answers kinda unprofessional
