Our experience was great with Dr. Hug until this point. Pulled our child early from daycare, was on time until construction outside their office went down to 1 lane, making next to stand still traffic. We called and told them we were a few minutes late, they said no problem. Got into the office, they said we were 2 minutes outside their 10-minute grace period. This was not mention on the phone or posted anywhere in the office. No exception was made given they know about the ridiculous construction on 12 mile. Because of this... read more
