Good experience. Just wanted to say that the blood lab waiting room smells like mold. Like the carpet is damp and moldy. Maybe the ceiling leaks or something¿
There is no question that the doctor is kind, however the office staff is so terrible it's maybe worth considering finding someone else. They will literally fight with you, laugh and talk condescendingly toward you in the lobby without any attempt to actually resolve the issue they actually have. They tried to prevent me from seeing my doctor even though I paid for my appointment up front and was scheduled today, after the appointment they wouldn't let me schedule the follow up the doctor asked. Five stars. No question about it. My husband and I have seen Dr. Martilotti for about 18 years. He is just THE BEST! He is funny. He remembers everything about you. Great bedside manner. Genuine. Attentive. When he's in the room with you, it's all about you. Just because he's met my daughter a few times, he'll ask about her and tell me a little bit about his child, who is my daughter's age. If I didn’t love our doctor I would be changing offices. The front office staff is always turning over and I can’t count how many times I get to my appointment to be told it is on a different day (with two young kids). I am not a person to miss appointments or be late because I run my life by my calendar. The front office staff and manager lack customer service skills and do not know how to speak with compassion or friendliness.
