Five stars. No question about it. My husband and I have seen Dr. Martilotti for about 18 years. He is just THE BEST! He is funny. He remembers everything about you. Great bedside manner. Genuine. Attentive. When he's in the room with you, it's all about you. Just because he's met my daughter a few times, he'll ask about her and tell me a little bit about his child, who is my daughter's age. If I didn’t love our doctor I would be changing offices. The front office staff is always turning over and I can’t count how many times I get to my appointment to be told it is on a different day (with two young kids). I am not a person to miss appointments or be late because I run my life by my calendar. The front office staff and manager lack customer service skills and do not know how to speak with compassion or friendliness. I have been a patient with Dr. Hug for over 20 years. He also treats my adult sons. He is the best. I always feel that he listens, relates to past history, does the right amount of regular tests without too many tests, and points me in the right direction if I need a specialist. He is the an excellent primary care doctor. The front office has always been great to work with as well
Called to request prescription refill. Angela informed me I needed to see Dr. Molnar. I told her I was just there and we had discussed that particular medication. She insisted I make an appointment I was getting ready to say OK, but asked her several times to leave a message for Dr. Molar to call me. Before I could tell her to make the appointment the hefer hung up on me. I called she lied and said I was an accident. I told her wasn't shit an accident and I will be letting Dr. Molnar know.
