DO NOT USE THEM! They installed a new unit clearly too small for our house, not proper venting installed as vaulted living roomceiling only has one vent when it needs atv least 2 since other areas with less ceiling space have two vents but they say thats not an issue??? It makes tons of strange noises (when it wants to run,) and it has been not operating correctly its entire life let alone not operating almost at all since last Summer 2022. It is very hard to get them to come out and FIX anything. They would fill with freon ... read more
