Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider rush your appointment? No Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
