I'm giving 3 starts because the first person you talk to, a female that answers the phone, is super rude. I've talked to her 3xs the past two weeks and she alone makes me want to find another Dr. The nurses and doctors I have delt with have been fantastic. They just need a new front desk person.
I've been a patient here for years and I've always gotten good care. Dr. Patel is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. No problems with rest of staff and wait time is reasonable.
