Haller installed a SEER 16 AC unit for me about 8-9 years ago. The AC unit has always struggled to keep up with the thermostat demand. I had Haller come out after the first year and they added refrigerant, which the Tech said was odd for such a young unit. When the weather got extremely hot the last few weeks the unit ran constantly and if I lowered the thermostat more than 2 degrees lower the unit could not keep up. Ran constantly.
