This business has no respect for disabled New Yorkers. They allow their employees to violate American Disability law. Not all disable ppl can read your signs that say a side walk is closed. No one should take a huge machine over a disabled child’s head. The gross failure in leadership will eventually cost this company. All it takes is a few serious lawsuits to sink a negligent company. One of their backhoe drivers swerved into me while riding in a marked bike lane. I assumed it was a careless error and while frightened (the blade of a backhoe is no joke if it hits you), I was not overly concerned. Then he repeated this on the next block, clearly intentionally. I turned off the street to get away from him but he caught up to me a few block later and chased me onto a sidewalk and nearly hit a vehicle trying to injury me. My husband and I were at Lowe's and trying to load a heavy shower door, a wooden door and a toilet into our truck. The guy driving this Hallen Construction truck helped my husband load them into our truck and wouldn't even take money for the help. Thank God he was there because I'm not sure how I would have managed to do it with my husband! What a nice guy!
These guys ran a gas line from the street to my house for National Grid..nice group of guys that were very accomidating and cleaned up nicely
