Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I tried to explain the issue with my car, but (Joseph) the mechanic refused to listen and repeatedly yelled “hear me out” while talking over me. Basic communication was completely lacking. The problems didn’t stop there. My mom and I have been to this place to get general repairs and maintenance done at this place and that the people there were nice and friendly. Also, that there were lots of people working there is because lots of vehicles need to be fixed. We have taken the vehicle there for years.

我的车陪伴着我和三个孩子的日常生活。一个月前，发动机灯忽然亮起，我带车去NISSAN检测，被告知是 P0171 故障码。期间更换了多个零部件，花费了不少金钱，却始终没有根治。后来，他们甚至建议我花费 $6000 更换整个涡轮增压器。可眼下正值孩子即将上大学的时刻，我既拿不出这笔巨款，也不能因此停工，那一刻真是心急如焚。 所幸在一位弟兄的建议下，我去了“大哥”的修车店。他并没有急于下结论，而是仔细翻阅并询问了NISSAN所有的检验报告，最后帮我订了两个传感器。期间，他还耐心地向我讲解了许多汽车方面的常识。虽然车子仍需跑上几天才能确认最终效果，但无论结果如何，我已深受感动。 来美多年，这是我第一次遇见这样一位难得的老板。他不善言笑，却句句切中要点；他的专业与态度，更让我体会到人与人之间真诚沟通的可贵。衷心祝愿这家店生意兴隆，也愿更多人能遇到这样的良师益友
