Extremely RUDE, asked for information over the phone and the guy kept dismissing what I had to say. I was clarifying what I meant when he just hung up. SO so rude I've never talked to anyone in the service industry that behaved this way and I asked other shops and they didn't even need the information that he claimed to need.
