Non-existent customer service. I requested a refill 5 weeks ago, back in July on their website and did not hear back. Each time I attempted to call there was a message that they are experiencing a high call volume. I have been out of a compounded medication for over 5 weeks now, which I had reordered on July 11, 2024. I finally spoke with a representative on the phone today, August 26, 2024, and she told me that my refill had expired. I have used Hallandale before to get my meditation. I had to call a few times but finally got through. Now it is time to order my medication again. I got the email from them to call and finalize my prescription. I have tried to call almost two dozen times in 3 days and heard the same voicemail “that they are experiencing high call volume and to email them.” So I emailed them, twice and still no response. It takes forever to actually contact someone to help on the phone which is “their best way of contacting them.” You will spend about 2-3 hours trying to contact them via email or phone. Their phone system is nonexistent and doesn’t offer a callback option? Just rings off the hook or disconnects after multiple rings. Prescriptions take 7-14 business days to process or you can have a “rush” on an order or marked “urgent” it will still take longer than 72 hours. I have been receiving products from them for over a year. Just recently there was a problem in shipping (not their fault) and I had some serious questions regarding my medication. I called the customer service number and received incredible service. The agent (Amanda Gutierrez) took my call and followed up by having a pharmacist contact me to discuss.
