I needed a full bathroom transformation and didn't know where to start. Sarah was there every step of the way, she was extremely informative, and guided me through the whole process. The products are quality and I feel very good value for money. The fitters Nathan and David were just great! Professional, tidy and friendly. The bathroom has been transformed from being very outdated to a modern, spa style oasis! I recommend Hallam Tiles and Bathrooms to everyone.
The thing that make this tiles shops for 30 years is their customer service and the price. Please buy from them! They really take care of everything from choosing, delivering and handling it to you. I read the review and experienced it. Sarah is very knowledgeble. She did the calculation for me. I rang twice, didn't leave a v. Suddenly she called me back. What's that mean? Means that she cares about her customer! I hope Sarah and team success in the future. I'm lucky living in this area.
I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. She was outstanding at every stage of us redoing our bathrooms. She takes the time to properly get to know you and your taste, then truly goes above and beyond to deliver. Sarah cares about all the little details to make sure your new bathroom is spot on. Very easy to deal with. We found d them friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very supportive. Suggesting alternatives when things weren't available. Really great experience, would definitely recommend.
Hallam Tiles and Bathrooms is an incredible company. So very knowledgeable, helpful and lovely. Sarah listens to really get a sense of what you’re trying to achieve (and helps with calculations where you’re not sure!). If you have a very specific product in mind, she will try to get it and, if she can’t, she’ll come up with something similar. She gets products in quickly, chases things up for you - just brilliant.
